Communication of company goals provides the employees with a common sense of ownership. And the ownership provides the company with employees that will perform in order to achieve those goals.
The final factor and possibly the most important factor in providing excellent customer service is communication. Happy and satisfied employees will provide better customer service to the company’s customers. Communication with your employees provides the employees with a sense of ownership.
