How To Become The Leader You Never Had

We go through that in politics, in our churches and in the social groups that we are part of.
MLM is no different.
We wish for sponsors to lead us, to instruct us and show us the light all through our MLM tunnel and appreciate them when they do it for us.
It is a fact too that a few of us have good quality sponsors which have the above qualities while some unlucky others, don’t.
And that hurts.
For that reason, you should strive for becoming the finest sponsor you never had – if you are in that area.
Do not hang around until you have “made” it financially. Just think about it: How can you become financially free if you do not assume this leadership role first?
Being a leader does not involve to be on stage and get those applauses on every meeting your MLM company holds.
My Meaning of a MLM Leader
To me, leadership means to traing, point, assist and teach over and again.
And you can call that practice: Standard Recruiting System.
It has been said previously, but simply to clarify:
Standard Recruiting System is that method which works EVERY time, everywhere with everyone. In other words, it produces PREDICTABLE results time and again.
There is a MLM philosophy behind all this.
And that is the philosophy of wanting more from life and knowing that helping persons and making a difference is what’s it’s really all about in network marketing as well as any other human activity.
Now, some outsiders do not consider MLMers, humans – “You guys are strange people offering odd financial freedom solutions to regular individuals that will never get it, that doesn’t work” – you know, that type of nice feelings.
Well, great news for all of you: MLMers are humans, we help others and we get compensated for that, just like doctors, nurses, counselors and any other professionals.
This attitude shift is all you require in order to help your group expand and clone itself like never before.
How do you become a leader?
1. Study the now business. Learn what is happening.
2. Study your company. That includes products, services, compensation plan, succesful methods of recruiting, news flash about the company.
3. Put into operation the Standard Recruiting System taught by your upline, apply it to yourself and your own downline.
Do again one, two and three over and over.
That is the cost of leadership.
Constant learning, continual awareness, constant willingness to change for the better.
