Or possibly look for people that work on a commission structure such as real estate agents since they know how to close a sale and network with others.
Also, try to remember that you are essentially going into business with these people, so choose people you wouldn’t mind working with. This is a people business and you wouldn’t want to work with someone you have nothing in common with or who cannot see the end goal. So take the time to think about who you want to work with, what characteristics those people have, and then find where those people hang out. Once you do that, you’ll be able to skyrocket your mlm lead generation abilities and become a master recruiter!
