MLM success

Mike Dillard, got involved in MLM back in 2000; around the time that replicated company websites were available. He started out with the dream of becoming an MLM success, being an entrepreneur, building a residual income. My intent, in this piece, is to reveal to you a small piece of Mike Dillard’s story that you can use in your business to achieve an increase in your results.

Mike Dillard’s Story

Mike Dillard started out in the network marketing industry after finishing college. He tells about how at that at that time, he was awfully shy, had very little self-confidence and was broke. He had to make money to pay the bills, and at the same time, he needed to overcome his fear of talking to people.

He took a position as a medical recruiter calling 200+ doctors’ offices, daily, to overcome the fear of talking on the phone to prospects. In a short time, he had no problem picking up the phone confidently.

Next, he found a job serving customers at PF Changs. This freed up his days to concentrate his efforts on multi-level marketing. Mike attempted every one of the traditional business building methods, invited prospects to in home meeting, passed out flyers, everything and anything without a lot of success.

Mike started reading books and listening to various cds. He learned about target marketing, finding the prospects that were already interested in what you’re selling. He learned about leadership. He started contacting 100 to 200 people from genealogy lists, on a daily basis, still with hardly any success.

He reflected on how his life could be so much better if he could get people to make contact with him. So, he focused on finding out what he must do to get at least 5 to 10 people to contact him on a daily basis. He found a mentor. He studied attraction marketing. Mike learned that prospects will join your team when they see you as a leader who can offer them value. He started to position himself as a leader and stopped chasing prospects.

After struggling for over 6 years, going into debt, and pawning his possessions just to eat, he finally figured things out, and discovered the art of magnetic sponsoring. At first, he made what he learned and used available to members of the company he was in. Then he began coaching people, in any company, how to attract endless new prospects and customers to them.

Today, Mike has built a multiple 7-figure company, using the power of the Internet, in the MLM industry. He teaches clients that being a leader is a choice you make for yourself, now. It’s a state of mind, a responsibility that you put yourself into. It’s the ability to tell prospects what to do next.

Mike Dillard teaches people to stand out from the rest by being honest, having integrity, and giving value. Some main things that he suggests people focus on are:

1. Learn online MLM lead generation and focus on one strategy until you are attracting 30 to 50 leads per day.
2. Learn to convert those leads into sales or prospects for your business.
3. Learn to talk on the phone to prospects and recruit them on your team.
4. Focus on one goal or project at a time and do 3 to 5 activities every day to accomplish it.

In a recent interview, Mike Dillard talks about the amazing opportunity we have right now, in multi-level marketing, due to the global employment situation. He tells us what we must to do to position ourselves for MLM success.

MLM Success is attainable by those who are willing to learn and apply what works. If you would like to learn, you’re in luck, you can listen to this exclusive Mike Dillard interview for free, right now.
